*How to use the cups and vacuum pump
1. Insert the top opening of a cup to the rubber opening of the vacuum pump.
2. Place the cup on the skin and pump 2 to 3 times to create vacuum.
3. After pumping remove the vacuum pump from the cup.
4. To remove the cup from the skin, lift the top lid to let the air in.
*How to use the acupuressure Ponters
Place the acupressure pointer inside the cup to achieve acupressure effect.
*How to use the extension tube
Connect one end to the top opening and the other end to the pump to perform cupping on hard to reach areas.
*How to clean and store
Sterilize in boiling water or wipe with alcohol.

* 진공펌프와 부항컵의 사용법
1. 부항컵의 상단 꼭지를 진공펌프 흡입구(고무)에 끼웁니다.
2. 부항을 뜰 피부에 부항컵을 올린 후 진공펌프를 2~3회 잡아당기면 부항컵이 피부에 흡착됩니다.
3. 흡착 후에 진공펌프를 부항컵의 상단 꼭지로부터 분리합니다.
4. 사용이 끝난 후 부항컵을 피부로부터 떼어낼 때는 부항컵 상단 꼭지의 공기 배기부를 들어올려 부항컵이 피부로 부터 떨어지게 합니다.
* 지압봉 10개의 사용법
부항컵 안쪽에 지압봉을 끼워서 사용하시면 부항을 뜨면서 지압봉의 자극 효과도 같이 볼 수 있습니다.
* 연결 줄 사용법
다른 사람이 부항을 떠 주지 않고 등 부위 같이 혼자 진공펌프를 잡아당기기 어려운 부위에 부항을 뜰 때는 연결줄을 부항컵 상단 꼭지에 연결하여 혼자서도 다른 사람의 도움 없이 부항을 뜰 수 있습니다.
* 보관 및 손질
부항컵의 재질이 젖병 소재로 끓는 물에 삶는 방법의 열 소독이 가능합니다. 또는 알코올로 닦아 사용하십시오.
