How to take VENZ Bee Propolis:
Bee Venom concentration is 6.5 mg which is equal to half a sting (0.5 sting) in one teaspoon of honey. It is recommend that the first intake should be a teaspoon of New Zealand Manuka Honey with bee venom (0.25 sting) without drink or food. This initial dose is 4 times lower than one sting, and is specifically designed in accordance with BV Therapy requirements. The dose is much more comfortable and safe, compared to one of Bee Sting Therapy.
If no allergic reaction occurs, increase the dosage gradually up to 3-4 teaspoons per day depending on your condition. Don't take any food or drink together with the New Zealand Manuka Honey. Keep it in your mouth until completely dissolved as stomach ferments destroy all Bee Venom useful components.
