HOW TO TAKE BEE VENOM MANUKA HONEY.
The concentration of Bee Venom in one jar of honey is 6.5mg which is equal to half a bee sting in each teaspoon of honey. It is recommended that the first intake should be half a teaspoon of Bee Venom Manuka Honey (0.25 sting) taken without food or drink. This initial dose is 4 times lower than one bee sting, and is accurately specified in accordance with Bee Venom Therapy requirements. If no allergic reaction occurs, increase the dosage gradually up to 3-4 teaspoons per day depending on your condition. Don't take any food or drink with the honey.
