HOW TO TAKE BEE VENOM MANUKA HONEY.
The concentration of Bee Venom in one jar of honey is 6.5mg which is equal to half a bee sting in each teaspoon of honey. It is recommended that the first intake should be half a teaspoon of Bee Venom Manuka Honey (0.25 sting) taken without food or drink. This initial dose is 4 times lower than one bee sting, and is accurately specified in accordance with Bee Venom Therapy requirements. If no allergic reaction occurs, increase the dosage gradually up to 3-4 teaspoons per day depending on your condition. Don't take any food or drink with the honey. Keep it in your mouth until completely dissolved, because stomach juices can destroy useful Bee Venom components
