Silicone hose connects and transfers medicine from extractor to packing machine.

1. How to Connect the Silicone Tube: Please refer to the 2nd small photo for reference. 

Connection to the Decoction Pot:  First, firmly attach one end of the silicone tube to the valve (hose connector) located at the bottom of the decoction pot.

Connection to the Packaging Machine: Connect the other end of the silicone tube to the medicine transfer valve located at the top of the packaging machine.

2. How to Secure the Silicone Tube:

Using Cable Ties:  To prevent the connected tube from coming loose or leaking during operation, securely fasten the connection points with cable ties.

Tip for a Stronger Hold:  Instead of using just one cable tie, use two cable ties tightened in opposite directions. This provides a much stronger and more reliable hold, minimizing the risk of the tube detaching from the connection points.

For better hygiene, hose should be replaced regularly (once every year)

약탕기 쪽 연결: 먼저 실리콘 튜브의 한쪽 끝을 약탕기의 아래쪽에 위치한 '밸브(Hose Connector)'에 단단히 끼웁니다.

포장기 쪽 연결: 실리콘 튜브의 다른 한쪽 끝을 포장기의 상단에 있는 '약물 이송 밸브'에 연결합니다.

2. 실리콘 튜브 고정 방법:

케이블 타이 사용: 연결된 튜브가 작동 중에 빠지거나 내용물이 새는 것을 방지하기 위해, 연결 부위를 케이블 타이로 단단하게 조여 고정해야 합니다.

안전한 고정 팁: 한 개의 케이블 타이만 사용하는 것보다, 두 개의 케이블 타이를 서로 반대 방향으로 당기면서 조여주면 훨씬 더 강력하고 확실하게 고정할 수 있습니다. 이는 튜브와 연결 부위가 분리될 위험을 최소화합니다.

위생상 호수는 일정 기간(최소 1년에 한번) 사용 후 자주 교체해주시는 것이 좋습니다.
