Replaceable TDP Head

When the lamp does not heat up, either the fuse or the heating coil needs to be replaced.

1.  First check the orange indicator light.  If it does not light up, replace the fuse.
The fuse is located at the back of the control panel.  Turn the fuse case counterclockwise and remove the fuse inside.

2.  If the indicator light is on, but the black mineral plate remains cool, broken heating coil is the probable cause.
In this case, the heating coil needs to be replaced.
For an experienced user it takes about 20 minutes to replace the heating coil.
It is much more convenient and preferrable to replace the head in whole, only if the model has the detachable head.

: TDP가 뜨거워지지 않을때는 Fuse 또는 Heating Coil(모기향 모양의 열선)을 교환해야 하는데..

1. 먼저 Orange 색깔의 Indicator light에 불이 들어 오는지 확인한다. 불이 들어오지 않는다면 Fuse가 나간 
것이므로 Fuse를 교체한다. TDP Controller의 뒷면의 Fuse Case를 Screw driver로 열어 Fuse를 교환한다.

2. Orange 색깔의 Indicator light에 불이 들어오는데도 TDP의 검정 판이 뜨거워지지 않는다면 99% Heating Coil   이 끊어졌거나 탄 경우이다.

이런 경우에는 Heating Coil만 별도 구입하며 Heating Coil만 교체해야 한다. 그러나 교체할 때 숙달된 사람의 기준으로 약 20분정도가 소요되며, 교체하는데 어려움이 있다면 TDP Head만 별도로 구입하여 Head를 통채로  교체할 수 있다.

단 Replaceable Head로 TDP 전체에서 동그란 머리 부분만 따로 떼어낼 수 있는 모델만 교체가 가능하다.
